Q: How can I contact you?

A: You can contact us by sending a message through the 'Contact Us' tab on our website which will send an email to us, or use this link to email us, adventurersexpeditions@gmail.com

 We will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

Q: What do I do if I have trouble with a digital download?

A: Contact us as above via email and as soon as we can we will get back to you to resolve the issue.

 

Q: Do you plan on selling physical products in the future?
A: It is something we intend to look into to at a later date, but for a while we are focused an adding more digital content to the shop.

 

Q: How often will you be adding new products to the shop?
A: The plan is to add 2-3 new products per month. This will be a mix of map packs, single maps and other tools.

We will be selling some limited stock in printed maps at some local (Australia) conventions or events.

 

Q: Your maps seem to be mostly fantasy themed, will you be doing other themes?

A: Yes, but to start with most of our maps are generic but fantasy inclined. Down the road we plan to add other themes including; modern, sci-fi and post-apocalyptic maps. We also plan on adding maps aimed at both ground and space based wargaming.

 

Q: Do you take custom orders for maps?

A: Not at this time, we have limited staff and a lot to do. However if you have suggestions for maps you would like to see, please email us and we may be able to add some ideas to the list. Your suggestions could make it into the store over time!

 

Q: So, you have some free maps, are you planning to make more free maps?

A: Yes, we will, we hope to add the occasion free maps. How often we can’t say; it will depend on how busy we are.

 

Q: Are you planning on selling anything else other than maps?

A: Yes, we have plans to add digital GM and player tools for RPG’s; we also hope to add some digital RPG modules and later on may add some other physical products.

 

Q: I want to buy stuff but it doesn't seem to be working for my country, why?

At launch we have set up sales in the AU & US and plan to open up for more countries in time. We need to look into several issues like Euro VAT tax and other matters.
